The Charles E. Bessey Nursery is the oldest seedling nursery in the National Forest System. Situated in the Nebraska National Forest, it serves the Rocky Mountain Region and Great Plains, producing millions of seedlings annually for conservation and reforestation.
As part of the REPLANT Act initiative, Bleck Engineering is providing master planning services to optimize this facility. The goal is to enhance seedling production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and modernize infrastructure to support the Forest Service's reforestation targets.
